  • Waited in line 15 minutes to order a sundae. Told machine was broken. That seems to be a real problem. Changed to a pie. When I get to the window to pay, he says I have to go do something. When he returns a good 5 minutes later, his register won't work, so please drive to next window. He comes up there. I pay still no pie. He repeats it incorrectly, so I have to repeat. Still takes several minutes. WORST SERVICE EVER! They need to get it together!!
