  • Love the concept of this theater but it definitely needs some fine tuning. The food was on par with Applebee's. (Maybe? Haven't eaten there in years) Our drinks were decent and my husband had free refills on his Arnold Palmer. The brownie sundae was ah.may.zing. Seriously shocked and would probably return just for that. The seats are fantastic. The real issue is the service. Everyone we encountered had the look and service skills of an awkward high schooler. It took forever for anyone to respond to your button in the theater and then another forever for whatever it was you ordered to arrive. Also how do they not have touch screen ordering? It's so distracting trying to talk to someone in the middle of a movie when there is plenty of affordable technology to make it a much smoother experience.
