  • While I like this library as it is close to home and has a decent selection of books for my kids to choose from, I'm not sure if we will continue to check out books from this location. I've had the same issue 2 times now where I have received a notice of a book being due soon or notice of a late fine on books I know I have taken back. The first time it happened it didn't bother me too much since I called them and they did manage to find the book in their possession after all. It got put back on the self without being scanned back in. Now after taking a break of checking out books for a couple months we're having a similar issue. I received an email saying a book we just turned back in yesterday, (12/9/17) since it was due that day, hasn't been turned in and we have a late fee. I know that book was turned in. I even went inside to the indoor book return drop. I can understand this happening once, but twice seems ridiculous. Especially since it's on my kids account. I will be calling tomorrow and hopefully get this sorted out. Depending on the outcome tomorrow will determine if we will continue to use this location.
