  • The hotel has worked with me to resolve a previous overcharge, so I am adjusting my rating to reflect the quality of the rest of my experience there. The hotel is decent enough for a company gathering or convention, but it feels too plain compared to other Renaissance properties I have been to, and especially compared to other hotels in Vegas. The food at Envy is average for the prices on the menu. The pool area is too enclosed and built up with too much concrete instead of more natural landscaping, so it does not feel like a place to relax.
