  • Beer selection was great. Sauces are refrigerated all the time. Use them with your meat and they instantly chill whatever you're eating with it. Sauces could use some refining as there isn't any a traditional sauce as a choice. The Hawaiian Pork and And brisket were more flaked then pulled. Dry more than juicy. Have to say the best thing this menu has to offer is the beer. The Monday night bartender is overwhelmed with service at the bar as well as serving the group in the loft. He can't multi task and at one point disappeared with quite some time to step out and smoke a cig for about 10 minutes.
