  • The home I purchased included a hot tub, but I knew nothing about how it worked or who had previously serviced it. I contacted one company which required a fee to even stop, but couldn't schedule me for over a week. Then I received a referral for J & J who came by the next day. Jason explained how it worked and checked out the mechanicals, even contacted the manufacturer for me to confirm the model. He went out of his way to help, for which I am grateful!
