Sadly, this spa is woefully outdated. The change rooms, waiting room, treatment rooms and facilities all need a major overhaul. The lounge lacked any interesting reading material. While the therapists are good, the owner is clueless. She treats staff shabbily (in front of customers). She gets flustered when dealing with multiple customers and prioritizes some customers over others, instead of taking them in order. This spa could be so much more. I surmise that there is a long term contract in place which prevents the Omni from stepping in. It's a shame because this spa lessens the stature of the King Edward Hotel. If you are a guest at the Omni King Edward Hotel, I suggest you take a walk and go to one of the finer spas in downtown Toronto. Like other reviewers, I would have given this a zero rating, if I could.
