  • Sunglasses Hut store number 4909 in here is horrible. When I bought the sunglasses the gentlemen was very sweet and very helpful, his name was Hunter but he moved to another location. When I went to go to return the sun glasses my fiancĂ© and I went to go walk in and I had the bag in my hand. I didn't even get a hello all she said was oh no! She made a HUGE deal about us being the 1st customer of the day and that she was going to send us over to the Sunglasses Hut a couple of stores down so it wouldn't ruin their numbers for the day. She kept giving me a lecture because I just bought them and I went to return them a couple of days later and said that people wait weeks to return them. I just responded that I'm sorry I'm about to leave for a trip and didn't want to forget about them. After she scanned the receipt I asked if I needed to give her my card so it would go back on there and she said "Nope!". She didn't really respond after everything was done. I asked her if we were all set because she wasn't talking to me. She said "Nope! I need you to sign this." and threw the pen and paper at me. Didn't tell us to have a good day or anything. Thanks Alexandra we won't be back.
