  • I am very disappointed to have to write this review. After doing business with this shop for almost 3 yrs and thousands of dollars spent I am disappointed at their lack of honesty. We take both our C230 and E 350. They have done good so far until it came to my husbands brakes. The have changed front brake pads, rotors and sensors twice within a year. Why? I can understand brake pads but rotors should last longer. Did his back brakes in 9/17 and ever since there was a grinding noise! Husband took in three times and they said nothing was wrong. We kept hearing noise and took it for second opinion. Brakes were metal to metal and rotors scratched. After only 16,000 miles. They dragged out addressing issue until their ridiculous 12,000 mile warranty expired. Today they tried to charge us to replace everything again! They must use cheap parts or do poor service. Never going back.
