rev:text	I'm not usually one to complain, but something has got to give. They keep raising prices, and no improvement. Ok, so they've resurfaced the pool, renovated the main office, and threw on a fresh coat of paint on the building. That's about the only positives I can report. Negatives: Security guards text on their phone all night. Completely false sense of security. Things break and are left this way for several days or weeks, and each time you inquire it's some vague answer. Laundry room smells like mold all the time. Gates and doors are left broken open or with locks torn out, so no security there. They keep increasing prices, but I see no improvements. Parking is a nightmare. There is a bees nest outside my unit that I reported days ago, still no response and now they're getting between my screen and window. Every time the price is raised, quality goes down another notch. UPDATE 06/28/2016: Since last week, I've called the office several times and have stopped in several times to ask to speak with a manager regarding the safety issue with the lock hate being broken open, every time I have to leave a voicemail that's never returned, or the front desk staff says they'll forward the message, but nobody calls back. Bees are still infesting my window screen and getting into my kitchen light fixture from the outside. This place is turning into a ghetto sh$t hole and management doesn't give a flying @&$& about it - as evidenced by never returning calls and taking weeks to fix things. I'm so done with this place once my lease is up. This will be the last comment I leave, as this place does not deserve any more of my time nor energy.
