I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Promaster Commercial Work Van from Tempe Dodge. As I live in the North Valley, I needed a Dodge dealer nearby who can competently service my vehicle. I took the van in for its first oil change at Larry H. Miller Dodge. They were completely incompetent and told me they "could not service my vehicle" as it was a Sprinter chassis. Uhhhhh, it is a Dodge vehicle with a Dodge Ram logo on the hood and back door. They also stated they didn't have any technician trained to work on my Dodge. Anyhow, that's for another review. Sooo, I call Auto Nation thinking perhaps they weren't as backwards as Larry H. Miller. I explain to the service writer who answers the phone my dissatisfaction with Larry H. Miller and their lack of knowledge. I plainly asked the service writer from Auto Nation, if they had a mechanic who was trained and competent to work on the Dodge Promaster. The service writer put me on hold, and said "hold on, let me ask my manager." That sure didn't inspire any confidence, and I promptly hung up the phone. Word of advice to Auto Nation managers. Tell your employees to atleast pretend like they are competent, or properly train them. How in the hell would you not be able to service ANY dodge vehicle if you are a dodge dealer. ????? Plain ignorance !!!! I know auto dealers make a large portion of money on their service department. I will never take my Dodge to your dealership. First impressions matter.............
