  • Just had a massage and it was not very good. But!!! The woman at the front desk did excellent customer service. She comped my massage and booked me for a massage next week with the head masseuse for 90 minutes and she is only going to charge me for an hour. A massage might not have been great but the customer service was awesome and that's what will keep me coming back here.
