  • HORRIBLE. I read reviews on Yelp and thought I could give this place a shot - BAD MISTAKE. I had an appointment with Phanny and she did not take good care of my nails at all. She was SO rough when filing and shaping my nails that at one point my nail bent back. It hurt like a b****! I was getting my shellac removed, and a new colour reapplied. HOW HARD CAN THIS BE?!?!?! Phanny left my nails BUMPY, didnt apply the colour all around the nail, and just did an all around horrible job. Never coming back here again.
