  • It's funny how the Asian Lady April F. Worker at the store gave her business a complimentary comment. This was the worst customer service experience ever today. I followed the rules and I was polite it was my first time shopping there and the ugly Mexican lady with the blonde streaks kept rolling her eye's at me and getting smart and making me seem dumb because I wanted to know how long was the ponytail because it was not on the package. She said no it was not on the package so how was that a dumb question. Then the ponytail was wrapped in white tissue paper and I questioned the color and she got upset. I can't see through the paper. She kept saying it is a #2. I knew that because I brought it to her. Some #2's are slightly different in color by different makers. She said they are all the same all #2 color's are the same even by different brand and the texture too. LOLLLL She is so stupid and the manager is stupid too. It is definitely in the ghetto and I will never return. I found the same cute pony tail online for 60% less even with shipping. later idiots!
