  • If I could leave zero stars, I would. The room was dirty, the TV and fridge were old, and even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, the whole place smelled like stale smoke. I probably shouldn't have checked in, but I had no other options. I checked out mid way through my stay and requested a refund. I was assured it would be processed within a few days. It's been two months and nothing. The manager, Mike, has stopped returning my calls, Guest Services does not call me back, and the email form does not get a response either. STAY AWAY.
