  • This has become a horrible store and i will never spend another penny there. I jad been there at least once a month for years. Recently i bought a jig saw there for a project. When i went to use it, it was defective. It was late, they were closed so i finished my project without it. The next day i brought it back, showed them it was defective and they agreed, but would not take it back. Roy, the manager, even admitted it was defective and made cheaply. He told me that if i wanted it to work, i needed to spend more money on a more expensive tool. Then they told me they would exchange it for the same saw, but they do not have any and if i wanted something else, i needed to pay more money. I would not pay another dime so Roy checked and said a new saw wohld be in on the truck in a few days. A day later i got a call that they are not getting any more of that saw in but they would give me a similar saw. Still wod not return my money even though as a corporation they wont carry that saw anymore because it was cheap. Dont go here, they have no customer service and dont value your business at all.
