We've had our eye on this place for some time now, waiting for a good morning to stop in and when we finally did it exceeded our expectations. The style of the cafe is very hip, like something out of a Korean magazine-- and that drew us in already, but of course we were curious as to how the substance compared with the style.
Talk about fresh! There was a cart of freshly made baked goods ready to go out when we had arrived, we were tempted to just steal them off of the tray. The atmosphere is very cozy and the seating is really cute and comfortable, comfortable enough to keep us there sipping on our drinks for about 2 hours. The lady who was there seemed to be the owner, she was really sweet and answered any questions we had and not to mention she's an amazing Barista too. I had just a normal vanilla latte- I expected nothing spectacular but when our drinks came back I was IN LOVE. HEART EYES ×1,000. Boop got the Green Tea latte and she says it has got to be the best one she had ever had.
Prices are a tiny bit higher than what you'll find in the Korean supermarket but you are paying for the quality. You can tell the owner cares a lot about this place even down to the very details of presentation. If you have your eye on more than one dessert you can use one of the wicker baskets provided as you browse. There is also some cooled cakes and macaroons as well, full loafs, and day old discounted bread if that's more your style. We've never been to a place that has a more pleasing atmosphere. It's quite lovely down to the last bite. If you ever find youself in the area it's a nice little escape ....
