  • Was quoted a price with tons of promises(no removal fees being the main one) and on install day they tried to charge an additional $1600, for things my sales person assured me wouldn't be an issue. Typical. Be ware. Wasted my weekend prepping the house, spent two hours dealing with the empty promises and phone calls- don't waste your time. Spoke to the general manager- Don or Dan I can't remember- he was nice, but just made excuses for his sales reps "mis communication". Very very disappointing.
