  • Yes it's cheaper airfare.... but that's all they have to offer. I have a flight to Montana next week and was in an accident and ruptured disks in my back. I won't go on and on, but after being on hold with their automated service for 50+ minutes, the person i spoke with was so rude and short with me i was in awe. They truly don't care. No credit or refund for my two bags. And absolutely no refund on my flight (which i expected) I have flown Allegiant many many times to Oregon and Washington and just overlooked the horribly rude flight attendant and counter clerks, but this does it. You can get a flight for the same price on competitor airlines by the time you figure in the $50-$75 each way for their flex option. I'm done and hope that their terrible management and the way they treat customers catches up with them.
