  • I have used this service a number of times. Once when I was told my car needed a major repair by an oil change place. I took my car to Ketchum and they told me it was not what I was told and fixed it for much less. This week I also took it to them for an evaluation. They are very straightforward and honest and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, once when I had a friend visiting from MA. he has a problem with a light that would not go off. They thought they had fixed it but when he got to LA found that it wasn't o.k. He contacted Ketchum and they sent him a check for the full amount of the repair.
