  • This location is not a store I could recommend for anything but purchasing a product as long as you know what you want when you walk in....their knowledge of product is minimal at best. Their knowledge of pool testing is worse. They do not give you any detail of what you really need to do fix a problem should you need to adjust a chemical in your pool. They only tell you general information because they basically have no idea. They will just tell you to add more chlorine or shock your pool. They told us that people just drain their pool every 2 or 3 years just because! No details. There are many reasons you need to drain pools as we found out going to the Leslie's Pools on Carefree Highway by Fry's and Home Depot. They will give you much more information that is extremely more helpful, more detail, the why you need to do this or that. It really makes a difference when you can talk to someone who has real knowledge. I can maintain my pool in about 20 minutes once a week without having to spend hundreds a month to a pool company thanks to Leslie's on Carefree Highway :)
