  • I've been going to this salon for too long (over 5 years) and this was not the FIRST time Carla "messed up" my hair but it will be the LAST. I made the appointment the day before my bday as I had plans and didnt want to sit in a chair ON my bday. Carla put highlights all over my head to "lighten up" my dark brown hair for the summer. Once home, I realized that parts of my hair were an orange/rust color when I called 1st thing the next morning and she said she "didn't leave it in long enough" and that "I just needed toner" I went in (ON my bday) and she quckly threw in some toner and told me I could wait for her to finish with another client to blow dry my hair or leave with it wet! Seriously? Needles to say I left!. I blew dry my own hair at home and realized lots of it was still the orange/rust color. I called to say I'd never be back and now am looking for someone to correct her mistakes. She appears more interested in the $ which would be ok if she did a good job, a updated course on color probably couldn't hurt either.
