  • NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE. When I went in there last December for an oil change I ended up with their special to replace all 4 tires. I did need to replace my tires. Part of the deal on the selling of the tires to me was I was to receive 2 free oil changes. Upon scheduling my first "free" oil change this past Saturday you can guess what happened. There was never any documentation in their system regarding the free oil changes. The man at the counter asked "So what do you expect me to do about it?" I simply asked him to honor their word. He told me there was nothing he could do and he couldn't "just give me a free oil change". I HATE being LIED to in order to give them my business. I will never step foot in any Big O Tire store again.
