  • Taya is a Korean hair salon on an unassuming side street off of Yonge north of Sheppard. As a guy, I can only speak about my experience here for male cuts. Mainly, I'll go here when I want traditional short hairstyles... the wholesome, clean-cut, clean-shaven look. They cut evenly and accurately. I wouldn't go here to try out an alternative or medium length hairstyle though. Their stylists seem to prefer more traditional looks, at least for guys. Their staff are polite. I will be back here if I want another clean, Korean-style haircut. Appointment is recommended, although I was accepted without one since they weren't busy.
