| - As a customer of Big O Tires, I can honestly say that I am extremely grateful for Brian (front end cashier), James (store manager) and Ron, (mechanic) [hereafter vehicle servicers], for helping me with my vehicle twice ("2"). I emphasize twice because they bailed me out not once, but two times, after other mechanics repairs and diagnosis's.
Too often, people forget that you are not just buying the these vehicle servicers time but you are getting vehicle servicing knowledge and experience (theoretical and practical) as well as their commitment, tenacity and intestinal fortitude which can serve any automotive customer extremely well.
In my particular case, the automotive servicers were able to check and tweak work that previous mechanics performed. The vehicle servicers aligned my power steering pulley (which stopped a very loud chirping noise), they aligned my new tires (smoothing my SUV's drive) and they inspected my brakes, for $39.00. And most recently, and again, after my real estate customer's mechanic failed, my 17 year old SUV is blowing air like a brand SUV.
In a depressed market like Las Vegas, any potential vehicle owner would be well served by entrusting these vehicle servicers with their automotive needs. James's is a tough parts researcher and price negotiator, and Ron further helps the customer by assisting James to eliminate (via skill, careful and thoughtful diligence, research) avoidable expenses. Together, Brian, James and Ron manifest fair and reciprocal laissez-fair and good faith dealings.
