  • I went into Dick's at Fashion Show Mall looking for bowling shoes and a bowling bag. I walked the floor on both levels looking and didn't see bowling equipment nor a store employee on the floor to assist or answer a question to even tell me if they carried it. The only employee I saw was at the cash register and had about 6 people in her line. This is my second negative experience at Dick's so I most likely will or be going back. The customer service "sucks". This is the premium mall in Las Vegas and attracts locals as well as tourists.
