  • These folks are a complete unprofessional joke. They are are quick to sue you if you break any sort of soft POA/HOA Law. There is one person in Vera Victorino vvictorino@abbotexcellence.com who spends her time sending out threatening letters that have no basis for the accusation nor and evidence of anything done wrong. Dennis Abbott (dennis.abbot@abbottexcellence.com) also is just as useless. They have done a very poor job with managing our property at River Run in Davidson, NC. There is absolutely no way I would ever use them or recommend them.
