  • Spoke with them on a Monday, and was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Called Tuesday around 3 and told it was Wednesday afternoon. Called 30 minutes before closing on Wednesday and got voicemail. No show. Thursday morning they call me to say that I am on the schedule for Friday. From the first call on Monday, I told them I was moving out on Thursday. They may do great work, but I will never know. I do know that they do horrible repair scheduling, and may get to you... eventually.
