  • We're new to this area and we are so happy that we decided to sign a lease here. It is close to everything and our neighbors have been so nice in helping us out with local information and directions. Maintenance is great they respond quickly and they wear shoe covers and we didn't even have to ask them to put them on. The office staff was wonderful and they explained everything in detail. The best thing was that we didn't even have to put a deposit down to hold our place. Once the credit was approved they gave us our move in date and we didn't have to bring any money until that date. On our move in date we were running late and we had to speak with Nicole because that is who we were told that was going to do the inspection with us. She was so understanding and told us to not stress over the time. She told us to just drive safe and if she had to stay a little late it would be no problem. Once we got there she was so helpful and took her time with the inspection. She definitely made moving less stressful and was very informative about the area. Nicole is great at her job and we appreciate her calmness and her pleasant spirit. Thank you so much we love it already! The Johnson's
