So I don't write reviews. And I always anticipated my first review being something that I'm passionate about or really enjoy (i.e. Food, Movie Theaters, Food Again) but somehow it's about something I've never cared too much about... Until I moved across country and had to deal with my car problems alone.
After several calls and visits to a multitude of auto repair facilities, I finally came across Stamps Auto. This was the first place I found with quality employees (shout out to Richard) who genuinely care about their customers and their problems.
I didn't feel taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge and didn't feel pressured into doing more than what I came in for. I ended up spending a lot of money (much more than my mind could comprehend) to get a new radiator installed (is that even the proper terminology?) and months later it's been running perfectly fine.
While I wish I wouldn't have had to spend as much as I had, it wasn't because Stamps was overpriced, it was just the work that needed to be done. And Stamps was quick and courteous in getting this job done for me.
I'm not a car expert. And I'm definitely not a Yelp Reviewer, but I know about the importance of how you treat people and Richard and the Stamps Auto team here have treated me incredibly well, much better than the other 8-10 places I've either called or visited in person.
First Yelp review complete. That was fun!
