I was finally able to reach Dave and Corey, both of the managers, on the phone. I explained, they listened, we finally did reach an agreement in order to rectify the problem. I was pretty upset, but they did hear my pressing concerns, and worked together with me. I feel like I've been heard, and that my pet has been taken care of regarding possibly being overmedicated. It turned out well, so I'm still a customer of Diamondback Drugs.
