rev:text	We took our Honda Odyssey in before a long family vacation to make sure everything looked ok. We were told that we needed over $2,000.00 worth of services and parts. We were trying to figure out if there were any repairs that were not pressing. The man I spoke to tried to show so much concern for my family and urged me that we would be putting our family in danger if we didn't take care of his recommendations. He said he could find ways to help us save money. We ended up spending $1700 for repairs. A few months later the radiator went out. I took it back to them as this was one of the parts that they replaced. They replaced it for free but then told me that I needed a new serpentine belt and a few others. Since then, we have had to replace every part that they put on our van. Including the serpentine belt. We have gone through someone else that we are hoping to be more competent and honest. The parts that they replaced had a blue mark on them showing that they were pre-market. We have contacted Tire works and they told us that they had used remanufactured parts on our vehicle that may have had marks from being used. I would have never agreed to put used parts on our van. That is how they cut costs, by using used parts! Tire works has done nothing to repair their reputation or our vehicle. We have put our family in way more danger then if we would have never gone to them. They have cost us thousands of dollars. Save yourself money and find someone reliable.
