First time experience not so good. Place is awesome but there were 2 flies inside the show stand next to the ice cream where all those pastries are.. Told the lady (adriana) with dark rim eye glasses and black hair about it and she was "where, where?!" But she was with this disinterested attitude and the worst part is that she actually swiped the pastries with the paper towel she was cleaning with !!!! GROSS!!!! Do you think the flies would go away like that? I was expecting at least for her to pull the tray of pastries out till the flies are gone! 6:00 am they just opened and organizing so how would it be if we came at mid day?!? About the food I'm disappointed.. They look awesome but you can get a better quality at Starbucks at a cheaper price! C'mon for the price you pay you should expect good service and better quality! Ironically they even have a sanitizer dispenser at the entrance and they're the dirty ones lol! Anyway the lady at the cashier ( judith) was nice enough to make the experience a lil pleasant!!
P.s. hours later checked the bank and noticed they over charged us too!!! It was 17 and something turned into 20.76. Called them and they just kept apologizing that's about it. They said to give them a call tomorrow if anything they would refund the money back (the overage). They said they will pass on the msg to the mngr. we shall see! It's a "high quality" hotel with a poor service, poor customer service and overcharging to tip yourself maybe?! Noooo good!!!!
