  • Many of the machines are broken and they are not clearly labeled. Usually the slot that you slide your card in (the last step) is when you find out the machine is not working so you have to take time to reload a different machine. I have also had to switch machines because my card didn't work in the machine so there only resolution is to take everything out and reload another machine. The staff is argumentative when you tell them a machine is not working. I was told the reason my clothes were cold and soaking wet after almost 30 minutes of drying was because I put too much in the dryer. There is not enough seating so people are always sitting on the counters. There are kids running around and I have even seen dogs in the laundry carts.
