  • their system has been nothing but a pain in my a@@. Don't, just don't. Slam the door in Donald's face and dont even speak with him. No customer service from them or monitronics. No way to complain to anyone about a bad experience. They'll tell you it's a 5 thousand dollar system but can you get the exact same cellular based system from simplisafe for hundreds. Something is only worth what people are willing to pay, hence why it's free. Spare yourself the headache please I beg of you.
