  • I don't know if this bookstore is ran by terrible management, but I called them once to ask if a book was in stock at this location and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. I will admit that I called at 9:03pm after close, but it would have taken her two seconds to answer my question for a last minute project I had to do for class. Not only that, but I have gone in several times before and there's always a negative vibe when I walk in. I called the one at 21st and Tatum and they were very helpful and considerate. I definitely won't visit the Bell Rd location again.
