Someone tried to get in my room the first night. Asked for more towels and they gave us one. Asked for towels the next day and they never came. Elevator and ice machine broke. She had someone complaining to her and she cut them off to help someone else. Then she yelled at someone on the phone in front of me. I didn't complain to the manager in fear that she was the manager because she was there through our whole stay. Lastly, there are a ton of homeless people roaming the grounds. They panhandle you, pick up cigarettes off the hotel ground and gave arguments outside.
