I went looking for a particular firearm. I wanted to hold it before purchasing it. While Caswells did not have it in stock the person that I talked to took the time to call the vendor to see if they could get it in for me to look at. When they could not do this I was given the card for the manager as another method to try to get the desired firearm. I then left the store and visited another store that did have it in stock for 200 more but I got my hands on it and desided that it was the firearm that I wanted. I went back to Caswells and requested that they price match a third store that also carried the firearm. Josh bent over backwards to make this happen calling the manger on his day off and the manager logging into the systems to make it happen. I was told that it would most likely be in on Thursday afternoon. Instead I got a call on Wed that it was there and ready for pickup. I came in Thursday and picked it up. I had got some ammo for it and asked if I could get an hour of complementary range time to try the new firearm and they hooked me up even providing a target at no charge. I am by no means a novice firearm's owner (NRA certified RSO Rifle and shotgun instructor....) but this was my first AR. Josh went the extra mile showing me how to properly lube the firearm and gave me some really good tips on some of the finer points of the AR. As has been my experience every time I went in Caswells is the place to go! After I got done shooting I even talked to the owner to give him this same feedback and he is a really nice gentleman. While Caswells is mostly a shooting range they can still be a great place to purchase a firearm.
