Allen's auto replaced an oil pan gasket on my '07 Silverado. The work was done correctly and was much cheaper than the dealership. However, when I picked up the vehicle, the steering wheel was not aligned when driving straight down the road. I took the vehicle back and Allen explained that they had to disconnect the steering linkage to replace the gasket. I ended up paying for a wheel alignment that did fix the issue. I'd have been ok with it if he'd explained up front that a wheel alignment was necessary after installing the gasket, but he let me take the vehicle with a misaligned steering wheel.
