  • From beginning to end, this was as good as it gets. Emily, who took my repair requests (and a few changes) was as helpful and delightful as could be. The technician (whose name I forget), was knowledgeable, capable, and had great communication. I would not hesitate to recommend Happy Hal's, which will be my "go-to" for future needs.
