  • As a student, the apartments are great especially if your studying or working at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) or Bonanza High School (BHS). BHS is literally next door which makes it convenient for the parents or guardians. While CSN is an 8 minute walking distance, you could easily find the campus as it is right in front of you as you turn right out of the main entrance/gate (you can't miss it). The residence offers an outdoor pool (great during the summer), indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a gym. Though the gym is small, it does get the job done and is more heavily focus on cardio base exercises. All of the staff members are friendly and would assist you to the best of their abilities, and they even have snacks out for you at the office. Speaking of the office, there's a room where you could use their wifi or watch tv. Other than that there's a library right next to the office where you could use their computers, scanners, and printers. Of course, there's a small but respectable collection of books for you to read as well. As for the apartments itself, it's good. There's a microwave, stove, dish cleaner/dryer, washing machine, and a dry cleaner that's a steal for a college student (especially if you just moved in from an outside state). There are areas that could be improved because "you can always improve" but what's nice to know is that they are not only implementing them but are open to suggestions.
