  • Managment is terrible here. Christian and some other lady (very dark with blond hair) whose name tag was turned around. I could never see her name. The staff was helpful when trying to help me find what I was looking for. At checkout I waited over 20 minutes, because their systems were down. When I was paying I had to wait longer, A manager had to manually input the credit card information. I received an email reminding me to use my VIP points I was not able to use them, according to management my coupon expired Wednesday which meant it was no longer available on Wednesday. Bad start for this new location.
