  • Do yourself a favor and do not move here. Staff is always rude and unpleasant - and by staff I mean the 1 office "manager". Which there have been so many of during this harsh suffering that ive lived here 2 years. I count at least 7 from memory. The apartments are trash, you cant put lipstick on a frog and atempt to call it something else. The lease contract is harsh and the fees are numerous and horrible. They act like we havent been paying our rent on time for the worst part of two years after a little hickup. Also the neighborhood is really bad and the apartments look like a preschool or kindergarden half the time because of the 300 kids running around unsupervised, thats not the apartments fault I guess. There is no central air, the air conditioning comes from a central hub and then dispersed throught the apartments which means the farther you get from it the worst and hotter your apartment will be. If you were even considering this place, dont.
