When they come to help you, they are fast and nice. When it comes to solving the problem, they have horrible service depending on the person. They want to rush you through and they don't tell you the actual problem. They just tell you you can't fix it, only replace. I don't think the lady that helped didn't have any product knowledge at all. When we came the last time, the man who helped us was very knowledgable. Questioning, if you are going to erase the old phone anyway, why ask for the restriction code? I think AT&T is much better than the Apple Store.
