  • My boyfriend surprised me with a hot air balloon ride, so I wasn't exactly prepared for the 5am adventure, but Craig was extremely inviting and helped me feel better about conquering my fear. I give it four stars for service and the experience (he was extremely knowledgable about the science and history of hot air balloon rides and the Phoenix area around us, which was awesome). I would only improve the organization of when you get there at 5am and prepare to leave, it was a little unorganized. Overall an amazing experience!!
