| - Great place for a brunch date, feels like you're in a French cafe.
Before I get into the food reviews, let me say this. The walk to the bistro was wonderful. Bouchon is hidden in the Venetian. You take an elevator up and walk down this beautiful hallway. The architecture just makes you feel like you are in Italy, you forget that you are in Vegas for a second. Then you walk through the doors of Bouchon and here is this delightful, sweet little French cafe and suddenly you feel like you're in France. Ah, the magic of Vegas.
Beignets: These were just ok for me. They were good, but not what I expected. More like old fashioned doughnuts than the soft pillows you would get at Lola (Seattle) or Angeline's (Berkeley). They had a hint of spice to it, serve with nutella and house jam.
Les Oeuf: 2 eggs, bacon, brioche toast, potato croquettes. Nothing out of the ordinary but was still delicious.
I give it 4 stars for the overall experience. The food was delicious, service was excellent, the ambience superb. Just a wonderful place to spend a morning in Vegas.
