  • I cannot say enough good things about Steve, from his communication, to his professionalism, to his expertise, he is an all around star! I am retired from the security business myself , closed circuit tv was my field and after sustaining a career ending injury found myself in the ironic position of needing to hire a contractor to install a CCTV system in my home. I checked reviews on Yelp and contacted three companies. Steve replied the same day to discuss the project. I had a good feeling about him from the start but I solicited two more bids. As luck would have it Steve was the middle quote which is the contractor I usually choose. I don't hire the cheapest or the most expensive. We set a date and he and his crew arrived on time and well prepared. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up well and gave me a brief lesson on the equipment, which by the way, I supplied. About a week later I realized one camera could be positioned better and decided to swap out a camera inside. Again, Steve responded immediately and didn't even ask to be paid for the return visit. In closing I cannot recommend Smart Security highly enough. You will be well served if you hire them for any CCTV and I am sure any security project.
