  • Stay away from these guys. I got pricing from them on a new house that was being built by Lennar. They quoted me $30k for tile and carpet. When I told them I was doing a bare floor closing they dropped the price to $18k and said the first price was a mistake. I ended up putting in travertine and highly upgraded carpet for $10k. They were giving a big kickback to the builder.
