  • I needed to get in as soon as possible so I called to schedule an appointment and the lady tells me she can get me in the next day at 2pm. I'm thinking that's great they can get me in so soon on such short notice. Well it's the next day and I walk in, sign in, and sit down. She gives me new patient paperwork and I fill that out and sit down for 15 minutes before deciding to tell me I don't even have an appointment and that the doctor isn't in the office for the rest of the day. When did you plan on letting me know?? Why wouldn't you check right when I signed in like a normal running office??! I came here straight from work and missed time from work all because whoever scheduled me apparently had no idea what they were doing! Then she has the audacity to ask if i still want to see him? OBVIOUSLY I WANT TO SEE HIM! i came to a specialist for a reason- TO BE SEEN! Hopefully the doctor makes up for his crappy staff. So unprofessional.
