  • This is some real deal home cookin! Ordered the smothered pork chop bowl and it was tender and seasoned well - slightly salty but balanced over the white rice. Also tried the Mac n' cheese which was creamy and stick-to-your-gut satisfying. It's in an odd little stand-alone food court down the street from CSN West Charleston campus. Service was friendly and got a free sweet tea while I waited! Tempted to give it 3 stars due to the location (I took it to-go) but the food was good I'll let it ride!
